Today im having my usual Caesar salad with grilled chicken from Wendy’s (i love wendy’s salad! and the dressing is simply awesome, drool*), Meiji strawberry milk and cut watermelon as dessert. Hope this will be just fine for the tummy, or I’ll need to search for more things to munch in an hour or two. Nowadays I try to keep my meals small but more frequent cos I do realise Im able to manage to heartburn much better this way.
